Abstract: A hemostatic device that includes: a pressing member configured to compress the puncture site; and a first band, a second band, and a third band configured to be connected to the pressing member. The pressing member includes a pressing portion configured to compress the puncture site and a support member configured to fix the pressing portion. The support member has a first region in which the pressing portion is located, and a second region which is located outside the first region and to which the first band, the second band, and the third band are connectable. The first band and the second band have a center point in the first region when the first band and the second band slide in a state of being connected to the second region. The support member includes a projection protruding toward the pressing portion on a third band side of the first region.

Abstract: An alert system configured to output an alert about an occupant being left in a vehicle includes an external-environment camera, a determiner, and an alert controller. The external-environment camera captures images at least one of which includes the occupant outside the vehicle. The determiner determines whether a child including an infant is likely to have been left in the vehicle. The alert controller outputs an alert if the child is likely to have been left in the vehicle. The determiner determines whether the child is likely to have been left in the vehicle, based on a change in the images from one of a presence state and an absence state of a person or an object outside the vehicle in a first image of the images to another of the presence state and the absence state of the person or the object in a second image of the images.

Abstract: Provided is a hemostatic device capable of effectively applying a compressive force to a puncture site formed at a predetermined position avoiding a metacarpal bone of an index finger of a hand and a metacarpal bone of a thumb of the hand even when hemostasis is performed on the puncture site. The hemostatic device includes a support member configured to cover the first puncture site, a securing member configured to secure the support member to the first puncture site, and an inflatable member connected to the support member and configured to compress the first puncture site. The support member has rigidity higher than rigidity of the inflatable member. A width of the support member becomes shorter from an upper end portion toward a lower end portion. A thickness of a side surface portion of the support member becomes thinner from the upper end portion toward the lower end portion.

The projections and the reinforcing projection are connected to each other with a connecting area therebetween so as to extend continuously in a curved shape.
