  • Publication number: 20240089712
Abstract: An object is to provide a data collection device and the like capable of reducing a load on an IoT terminal in metadata transmission and power consumption associated with the metadata transmission. In the present invention, a controller is provided on a data collection side that collects metadata, the metadata transmitted from an IoT terminal is grasped, and the IoT terminal is instructed to reduce the transmission frequency of metadata that does not need high real-time property according to a sensor, the type of the IoT terminal, or the like. The IoT terminal transmits the metadata only at a window time (transmission timing, data size, metadata type, or the like) permitted by the metadata controller. As a result, the IoT terminal transmits the metadata only at a limited timing, and thus can reduce a transmission load and power consumption.

  • Patent number: 6345222
Abstract: An ordinary target driving force is generated against a detected value of the vehicle operator depression of an accelerator pedal and a detected value of the vehicle speed. The ordinary target driving force is a driving force required to keep the vehicle rolling on a flat horizontal road at the detected value of vehicle speed with the detected value of the vehicle operator depression of the accelerator pedal. A running resistance increment, i.e., an increase of running resistance from a standard running resistance, is calculated. A preliminary driving force correction is determined in response to the running resistance increment. The preliminary driving force correction is subjected to variation. The preceding old value of a driving force correction is subtracted from a current value of the preliminary driving force to give a variation in driving force correction. This variation is limited to fall in a range between an upper and a lower limit to give a limited driving force correction variation.

  • Patent number: 4257367
Abstract: A rope for actuating a recoil starter is trained about a movable pulley outside a main body of the recoil starter, and the movable pulley is rotatably supported by a swing arm or a handle. By moving the swing arm in swinging movement or pulling the handle, the movable pulley can be moved to thereby pull the rope out of the main body of the recoil starter to start the engine. By virtue of the action of the movable pulley, the distance covered by the movement of the swing arm or the handle is smaller than the length of the portion of the rope paid out of the main body of the recoil starter to actuate the recoil starter. At least one further pulley may be provided for guiding the rope in its movement, and a manually operated handle may be additionally attached to the rope. Pulling of the rope automatically makes it possible to actuate an auxiliary engine starting means.

  • Patent number: 4142504
Abstract: Variable displacement type lubricating oil pump for two cycle engines having a displacement control element which is rotated in response to the engine throttle valve position. The control element has a cam which is so shaped that the pump displacement is changed in accordance with the engine throttle valve position. When the control element is accidentally disconnected from the engine throttle valve control device, the control element can be rotated beyond the minimum displacement position which corresponds to the engine idling position, whereby the pump displacement is increased than in the idling position.
