The support plate has engagement holes to engage the first elastic engagement hook and the second elastic engagement hook. The engagement holes are smaller than the insertion holes and concentric with the insertion holes. The attachment component has a guide pin. The support plate has a positioning hole for inserting the guide pin to position the attachment component.

The collar halves each include a receiving groove, a first locking hole and a second locking hole, and a first flexible claw and a second flexible claw. When the pair of collar halves is assembled, the flexible claw of one of the collar halves is inserted into and engages with the locking hole in the other of the collar halves, and the locking holes and the flexible claws are provided pair-wise and arranged opposite one another with the receiving groove therebetween.
