The transmitting unit wirelessly transmits an electric wave including the in-vivo information obtained by the at least one in-vivo information obtaining unit to outside through the transmitting antenna. The capsule-type casing has the at least one in-vivo information obtaining unit, the transmitting antenna, and the transmitting unit, fixedly arranged therein. The transmitting antenna is arranged on a liquid surface position of the liquid when a part of the capsule-type casing floats on the liquid surface of the liquid.
