  • Publication number: 20240145140
Abstract: A magnetic base body according to one embodiment includes: a plurality of soft magnetic metal particles; and a plurality of insulating films covering surfaces of the plurality of soft magnetic metal particles. The plurality of soft magnetic metal particles include a first soft magnetic metal particle, and the plurality of insulating films include a first insulating film covering a surface of the first soft magnetic metal particle. The first insulating film includes one or more first oxide regions, the one or more first oxide regions containing Fe and Cr and having a peak intensity at 730 cm?1 in a Raman spectrum obtained by Raman spectrometry.

  • Publication number: 20240145166
Abstract: One object is to manufacture a magnetic base body containing soft magnetic metal particles with a high content percentage of Fe. A manufacturing method of a magnetic base body according to one embodiment includes: producing a molded body containing a plurality of soft magnetic metal particles at a filling factor of 85% or higher, each of the plurality of soft magnetic metal particles containing Fe and an element A more apt to oxidation than Fe; and heating the molded body to form an insulating film on a surface of each of the plurality of soft magnetic metal particles, the insulating film containing an oxide of Fe and an oxide of the element A. A content percentage of Fe in the plurality of soft magnetic metal particles after the heating is higher than a content percentage of Fe in the plurality of soft magnetic metal particles before the heating.

  • Patent number: 5490084
Abstract: Electronic components such as integrated circuit components have rows of parallel leads extending from the sides of their bodies. In detecting bent leads of an electronic component, at least two measuring lines are set along each row of leads. The intersections between the measuring lines and the leads are extracted and processed to detect a bend in leads. The electronic component is photographed to produce image data which is stored in a memory. At least two measuring lines are virtually set along the row of leads of the image data stored in the memory. An intersection extractor extracts, from the image data, the intersections between the measuring lines and predetermined leads in the row of leads. A detector then uses the extracted intersections to detect bent leads.

  • Patent number: 4637134
Abstract: An apparatus for inserting a plurality of kinds of electronic parts into a predetermined position of a printed board. An electronic part which is successively supplied from an electronic part supplying means is fed to a predetermined supply positioning end by a feeding means. An insertion unit carries the electronic part from this position to a predetermined specific position, thereby inserting the electronic part into the printed board. The printed board is held and positioned by an X-Y table. At a position corresponding to said specific position, the apparatus has a clinching means for clinching the leads of the electronic part which is inserted into the printed board and a control means which controls a predetermined operation of each means.
