A water swelling rate of a resin material constituting the wet paper web carrying side resin layer and a water swelling rate of a resin material constituting the roll side resin layer are different, and the water swelling rate of the resin material constituting the wet paper web carrying side resin layer is 2.0% or more and the water swelling rate of the resin material constituting the roll side resin layer is 10.0% or less.
