    Abstract: Provided is a position adjustment mechanism including: a case; a moving member including a first engaging part and a second engaging part; a lock member provided in the case so as to be movable between a lock position for regulating movement of the moving member in a first direction with respect to the case and a separate position for allowing relative movement of the moving member with respect to the case; and a long member. The lock member includes: a first engaged part engaging with the first engaging part in the first direction; and a second engaged part engaging with the second engaging part in the first direction. When the lock member is at the separate position, the lock member regulates separation of the moving member from the case by engagement of the first engaging part with the first engaged part in the first direction.
