  • Patent number: 11478812
Abstract: A droplet deposition apparatus includes a standing wave generator including ultrasonic wave oscillators, a droplet supplier to supply a droplet, a workpiece retainer to retain a workpiece in a predetermined space, and a controller configured or programmed to execute causing the standing wave generator to form a standing wave in the space, causing the droplet supplier to supply the droplet to a node of the standing wave generated in the space, and bringing close to each other a predetermined position on the workpiece retained by the workpiece retainer and the node of the standing wave to which the droplet is supplied, to cause the droplet retained at the node of the standing wave to be deposited onto the workpiece.

  • Publication number: 20200216136
Abstract: A straddled vehicle imparts tactile stimulation to a rider by adopting a technical concept that is different from a technical concept of imparting tactile stimulation by vibration of a general vibrator. The straddled vehicle includes a steerable wheel and a tactile stimulation actuator. The steerable wheel is supported by a vehicle body frame so as to be rotatable around a wheel axle. The steerable wheel is steered leftward by a rider rotating a bar handle counterclockwise as viewed in a downward direction, and is steered rightward by the rider rotating the bar handle clockwise as viewed in the downward direction. The tactile stimulation actuator communicates information to the rider by imparting a frontward or backward pressure to the left hand or right hand of the rider as a tactile stimulation.

  • Patent number: 10569567
Abstract: A thermal transfer device includes a fixture that holds a transfer object, a foil transfer tool that presses a thermal transfer foil placed on the transfer object and a light absorbing film placed on the thermal transfer foil and emits light onto the light absorbing film, a carriage moving mechanism that moves the foil transfer tool relative to the fixture, and a temperature detector that measures a temperature of a portion of the light absorbing film pressed and irradiated with light by the foil transfer tool.
