  • Patent number: 6917844
Abstract: A vacuum process apparatus includes a plurality of cassettes for holding samples, a transporter which transports the samples, a plurality of vacuum process chambers each for processing samples one by one, an evacuator which evacuates the vacuum process chambers, and a load chamber and an unload chamber communicating with the vacuum process chambers. An apparatus controller is provided for controlling transporting and processing of the samples. The apparatus controller measures a time period for transporting each of the samples and a processing time period for processing a sample in each of the vacuum process chambers, and determines a next order of extraction of the samples from the plurality of cassettes based on the measured time periods.

  • Patent number: 6745093
Abstract: A vacuum process apparatus has a plurality of cassettes for holding samples; a transporting means for transporting the samples; a plurality of vacuum process chambers each for processing samples one by one; an evacuation means for evacuating the vacuum process chambers; a load chamber and an unload chamber communicating with the vacuum process chambers; and an apparatus control means for controlling transporting and processing of the samples. The apparatus control means operates to measure a time period of transporting each of the samples and a time period of processing in each of the vacuum process chambers, and determines a next extracting order of extraction of the samples from the plurality of cassettes based on the measured time periods.

  • Publication number: 20040035060
Abstract: A number of embodiments of moveable storage racks and/or partitions that can be installed in existing buildings without the necessity of installing guide rails for them. In addition, the movement may be controlled so that the partitions move either in a parallel fashion or they can be rotated through an arc. The partitions are supported on drive and guide belts that are mounted on the underside thereof and which eliminate the need for the guide rails and spread the weight of the partition over a greater area of the floor so as to permit use in buildings which were not originally designed for such systems.

  • Publication number: 20040004051
Abstract: The invention provides a relatively simple and inexpensive power-assisted movable rack system, movement of which is controlled by an operator. The movable rack system comprises a plurality of movable racks, each of which includes a plurality of wheels, a DC motor turning forward or backward and reciprocating the movable rack, a pair of direction switches provided at opposite positions in moving directions of the movable rack, and an actuating circuit rotating the DC motor in one direction during the operation of one of the direction switches and rotating the DC motor in an opposite direction during the operation of the other direction switch. The DC motor applies dynamic braking force, so that movable racks can be stopped with a short braking distance.

  • Patent number: 6600483
Abstract: The present invention relates to a driving circuit used suitably for driving a capacitive load such as liquid crystal panel. The driving circuit of the present invention comprises a differential amplifying circuit, an output circuit and current control circuit. The output circuit is driven by an output signal of the differential amplifying circuit. A increased current signal is injected to the current control circuit for applying a positive feedback to increase an operating current of the differential amplifying circuit. A negative feedback for decreasing the increased current signal thus injected is also applied to the aforesaid current control circuit.

  • Patent number: 6543770
Abstract: The present invention aims to reverse and transport a card in an automated card game machine, and relates to a card reversing device that reverses and transports each card, with no one touching the card. The present invention also relates to such a card game machine and a card reversing method. Each card placed on a card placement unit of a table is pulled by the magnetic force of a magnetic circuit having three electromagnet units. Accordingly, when a slider that supports the magnetic circuit is moved by a card transportation mechanism, the card slides on the upper surface of the card placement unit as if to follow the movement of the magnetic circuit. With one end portion of the card being attracted to the center electromagnet unit, the card is reversed by 180 degrees by the repulsive force generated between the other end portion of the card and the left-side electromagnet unit.
