    Abstract: The present invention provides an ophthalmological apparatus capable of displaying a plurality of fundus tomographic images. A photographing apparatus includes a fundus imaging unit adapted to capture a fundus image of a subject's eye, a scanning unit adapted to scan a desired position of the fundus of the subject's eye to capture tomographic images of the subject's eye, a measuring unit adapted to measure movement amounts of the fundus of the subject's eye by performing pattern matching between a plurality of feature points in the acquired fundus image and feature points in another fundus image newly acquired at a different time, and a control unit adapted to control the scanning unit based on the measured movement amounts.
