Patent number: 11948958Abstract: The solid-state imaging element includes a photoelectric converter, a first separator, and a second separator. The photoelectric converter is configured to perform photoelectric conversion of incident light. The first separator configured to separate the photoelectric converter is formed in a first trench formed from a first surface side. The second separator configured to separate the photoelectric converter is formed in a second trench formed from a second surface side facing a first surface. The present technology is applicable to an individual imaging element mounted on, e.g., a camera and configured to acquire an image of an object.Type: GrantFiled: June 9, 2022Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: SONY GROUP CORPORATIONInventors: Hideyuki Honda, Tetsuya Uchida, Toshifumi Wakano, Yusuke Tanaka, Yoshiharu Kudoh, Hirotoshi Nomura, Tomoyuki Hirano, Shinichi Yoshida, Yoichi Ueda, Kosuke Nakanishi

Patent number: 5157246Abstract: A speed governor roller (10) is provided so as to face a magnetic head (4) which is supported so as to face a manual conveying path (20) of a magnetic card (7). One end of a speed governor spring (15) is attached to the peripheral surface of the speed governor roller (10). A flywheel (17) is interlocked with the speed governor roller (10). When the magnetic card (7) is manually scanned, the speed governor roller (10) also rotates by the frictional force with the magnetic card (7). However, when an angle of rotation of the roller (10) increases, the force of the spring (15) to return the speed governor roller (10) in the opposite direction also increases. Thus, an increase in scanning speed of the magnetic card (7) is lightened. A fluctuation in scanning speed of the magnetic card (7) is absorbed by the flywheel (17). Therefore, the reading/writing operation of the magnetic card (7) can be stably executed.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 1990Date of Patent: October 20, 1992Assignee: Omron CorporationInventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi

Patent number: 5098078Abstract: The continuous paper let-out apparatus for letting out paper in sequence beginning from a first paper (2a) of a plurality of papers (2) accommodated under stacked condition, comprises let-out rollers (7), auxiliary rollers (6) and friction rollers (8). The let-out rollers (7) are in contact with an end of the first paper (2a) and let out this first paper when rotated. The auxiliary rollers (b 6) are brought into contact with a second paper (2b), after the first paper (2a) has been let out about half; and lets out the second paper (2b), when rotated, in partially overlapped positional relationship with respect to the first paper (2a). The friction rollers (8) are disposed opposingly to the let-out rollers (7); rotated at a circumferential speed lower than that of the let-out rollers (7); and shifts a second paper (2b) from the first paper, so that a partially overlapped portion of these two papers can be reduced, when brought into contact with the second paper.Type: GrantFiled: April 16, 1990Date of Patent: March 24, 1992Assignee: Omron CorporationInventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi

Patent number: 4877232Abstract: To reduce a distance between a bill container and a bill discharge outlet and eliminate a complicated bill rearrangement mechanism in a bill discharge apparatus incorporated in cash handling machines, bills are discharged and conveyed one by one a little shifted with one end of a bill superposed upon the other end of another bill. The apparatus comprises first and second let-out rollers for letting out bills in sequence under partial superposed condition; a paper conveying device for conveying the paper delivered by the let-out rollers, a paper stopper for stopping conveyed paper; and a paper thickness sensor disposed between the first let-out roller and the paper stopper.Type: GrantFiled: June 8, 1988Date of Patent: October 31, 1989Assignee: Omron Tateisi Electronics Co.Inventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi

Patent number: 4747493Abstract: A cash dispenser is provided with cash containers for storing bills classified according to the kinds of money, a reject container for collecting unacceptable bills and acceptable bills cancelled by the customer, and a bill discharge outlet, etc. Acceptable bills sent from cash containers are collected temporarily at temporal bill collection station (ESCROW), while unacceptable bills are directly carried into the reject container one by one through first collection path whenever detected. The bills stacked at the collection station are delivered in a lump through bill discharge path to the bill discharge outlet in response to a cash discharge command, but are collected in a lump into the reject container through second collection path in response to a cash collection command.Type: GrantFiled: September 3, 1985Date of Patent: May 31, 1988Assignee: Omron Tateisi Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi

Patent number: 4725052Abstract: To carry bills in a bill container in a correct rearward inclined position, the bills are carried by first belts at the rear half of the container but by second belts at the front half of the container. Since the second belts are driven at a speed higher than that of the first belts, the bills carried to the discharging roller are arranged at a correctly rearward inclined position before the succeeding discharge operation.Type: GrantFiled: July 21, 1986Date of Patent: February 16, 1988Assignee: Omron Tateisi Electronics Co.Inventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi

Patent number: 4662623Abstract: A cash cartridge for a cash processing machine includes: a pressure plate for biasing a stack of bank notes in a particular direction towards a cash outlet and for squeezing the stack of bank notes together; a pair of pulleys; an endless belt mounted on the pair of pulleys, with the pressure plate being fixedly mounted to the endless belt and being moved in the particular direction by rotation of the endless belt and the pair of pulleys in a certain particular rotational direction; a means for biasing the endless belt and the pair of pulleys in that particular rotational direction; a door which is opened for charging bank notes into the cash cartridge and is otherwise closed; and a means for preventing the endless belt and the pair of pulleys from rotating in the opposite rotational direction and for allowing them to rotate in the particular rotational direction when the door is closed, and for allowing the endless belt and the pair of pulleys to rotate in either rotational direction when the door is open.Type: GrantFiled: September 4, 1984Date of Patent: May 5, 1987Assignee: Omron Tateisi Electronics Co.Inventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi

Patent number: 4588182Abstract: A paper feeding apparatus feeds one sheet of stacked papers contained in a cassette box by a feeding roller supported rotatably on a frame of a body and passes the one sheet through a clearance provided between a guide element and an outer periphery of the feeding roller; structures are provided for maintaining the clearance fixed even when the feeding roller wears down so as to surely pass one sheet of paper through the clearance without regard to the degree of wearing of the feeding roller.Type: GrantFiled: April 6, 1984Date of Patent: May 13, 1986Assignee: Omron Tateisi Electronics Co.Inventor: Tomoyuki Nakanishi
