  • Publication number: 20240097164
Abstract: A controller allows an injector to inject a fuel gas when a supply flow rate of an oxygen-containing gas reaches a set flow rate for the oxygen-containing gas supplied at start-up in a state where a supply-side stop valve and a discharge-side stop valve are closed, and thereafter opens the supply-side stop valve and the discharge-side stop valve.

  • Publication number: 20240088415
Abstract: A fuel cell system including an air discharge valve provided in an air discharge path, through which air discharged from a fuel cell stack flows, a bypass valve provided in a bypass path connecting an air supply path and the air discharge path and bypassing the fuel cell stack, and a controller for controlling the air discharge valve to make an opening degree of the air discharge valve smaller than full opening, controlling the bypass valve to make the opening degree of the bypass valve larger than fully closure, and controlling a compressor to supply air to the air supply path through which the air to be supplied to the fuel cell stack flows.

  • Patent number: 7140939
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a display panel in which a sealing layer is formed so as to enclose an internal space created between a pair of opposite front and back substrates, and the sealing material is heated to soften at a predetermined temperature and fuse to the substrates to seal the internal space. A primary evacuation process for evacuation of the discharge space and an introduction process for introducing replacement gas into the discharge space undergoing the primary evacuation process are performed after a temperature for heating the sealing layer reaches a starting temperature for softening the sealing layer and before the sealing process for sealing the discharge space with the sealing layer is performed.

  • Patent number: 6777874
Abstract: A plasma display panel 10 includes a front substrate 11 and a back substrate 17 facing each other with a discharge space held therebetween, the surrounding areas of the substrates 11 and 17 being sealed up with a sealing layer 23, and partition walls 21 for sectioning the discharge space in a display area 31 into a plurality of discharge spaces. An exhaust/lead-in port 25 for exhausting and introducing discharge gas from and into the discharge spaces is provided in the outer peripheral non-display area 32 of one of the front and back substrates 11 and 17 and a lead-in rib 24 for defining a lead-in passage 41 from the exhaust/lead-in port 25 is provided. The dimension 42a of the space between the front substrate 11 and the back substrate 17 in the portion provided with the sealing layer 23 and the lead-in rib 24 is uniformized.

  • Publication number: 20040145317
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display panel, in which a protective layer (MgO layer) for a dielectric layer covering row electrode pairs is formed on a first substrate, then the first substrate is placed opposite a second substrate, having required structures formed thereon, to define a discharge space between them, then the discharge space is sealed, and then the discharge space is filled with a discharge gas, has the steps of; placing the first substrate with the protective layer (MgO layer) in a reducing gas atmosphere; and producing a discharge in the reducing gas atmosphere for dry-etching a surface of the protective layer (MgO layer).

  • Patent number: 5886152
Abstract: A humanized antibody is provided, which is obtained by transplantation of the complementarity determining region of a mouse monoclonal antibody B-B10 specific to a human IL-2 receptor into a human antibody. The antibody has a very low antigenicity, and therefore, it is useful for treatment of carcinoma expressing IL-2 receptor.
