  • Publication number: 20110274899
Abstract: Disclosed is a multilayer film which uses a lactic acid polymer as a main raw material and is suppressed in generation of an annoying odor. Specifically disclosed is a multilayer film which comprises at least three layers including a surface layer and an intermediate layer containing a lactic acid polymer (B) and a plasticizer (C). The multilayer film is characterized in that the detected amount of lactic acid oligomer components is controlled to 50 ng/cm2 or less, or that the amount of odor components derived from the plasticizer is controlled to 50 ng/cm2 or less.

  • Publication number: 20110159346
Abstract: Disclosed is a laminated porous film for a separator of a battery that, while having excellent air permeation performance which contributes to electric performance, has a shutdown property which is one of properties important from the viewpoint of ensuring safety. The laminated porous film is characterized in that the laminated porous film comprises layer A formed of a porous layer composed mainly of a polypropylene resin and layer B formed of a porous layer composed mainly of a polyethylene resin, has a ?-activity, and has an electric resistance of not more than 10? at 25° C. and an electric resistance of not less than 100? after heating at 135° C. for 5 seconds and/or an air permeability of not more than 1000 sec/100 ml at 25° C. and an air permeability of not less than 10000 sec/100 ml after heating at 135° C. for 5 seconds.

  • Publication number: 20100078979
Abstract: The present invention consists in a posture-improving auxiliary chair for use with a chair designed to improve the posture. An object of the invention is to improve the posture by routinely using the auxiliary chair which is placed on a chair. According to this invention, the front center of the concavely curved seat face portion is recessed in the form of a band extending toward the rear center, and raised portions gently raised from the lateral sides toward the recessed portion are formed on the front section of the seat face portion. In the vicinity of the foots of the raised portions there are formed fan-shaped inclined surfaces gently slanting in an oblique direction toward the front. In the center of the bottom of the seat formation part there is formed a convexly curved portion, on forward and rearward extensions of which there are formed a front stop portion and a rear stop portion, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20090230595
Abstract: A stretch shrink layered film, which is a layered film constituted by at least three layers, both surface layers having as principal constituent an (A) constituent, which is an ethylene series polymer, the middle layer having as principal constituent a (B) constituent, which is an ionomer series resin composition, and, the thickness ratio of the middle layer with respect to the total film thickness being 35% to 90%, while the total value of thermal shrinkage ratio in the longitudinal direction and transversal direction when immersed in an 80° C. oil bath for 10 seconds is 30% or greater.

  • Publication number: 20090181295
Abstract: A process for producing a porous laminate having many micropores interconnected in the thickness direction, which comprises: a step in which a laminate is produced which comprises at least three layers comprising an interlayer made of a thermoplastic resin having a hard segment and a soft segment and two nonporous outer layers made of a filler-containing resin and located as outer layers respectively on both sides of the interlayer; a step in which the laminate obtained is impregnated with a supercritical or subcritical fluid and this state is relieved to vaporize the fluid and thereby make the interlayer porous; and a step in which the two nonporous outer layers located respectively on both sides are made porous by stretching.

  • Publication number: 20080119584
Abstract: A biodegradable wrap film simultaneously provided with cutting suitability, wrapping suitability, and heat resistance, in addition to biodegradability provided in lactic acid resin, is provided. The biodegradable wrap film contains a lactic acid resin composition as the main component and having a value of storage modulus at 40° C. in the range of 100 MPa to 3 GPa as measured at a frequency of 10 Hz and a distortion of 0.1% by the dynamic viscoelasticity testing method from Method A of JIS K-7198, a value of storage modulus at 100° C. in the range of 30 MPa to 500 MPa, and a peak value of loss tangent (tan ?) in the range of 0.1 to 0.8, was developed. This film displays excellent microwave oven suitability, in addition to resiliency and softness, and stretching and tensile strength suited for application in wrap film for household use.
