The circuitry generates a flow of operations based on the operation component according to an order of operations by the user. The circuitry compares multiple flows with one another, to extract a difference between multiple operation components included in one of the multiple flows and multiple operation components included in another one of the multiple flows. The circuitry adds an operation component of a conditional branch before one of the multiple operation components for which the difference is extracted.

The apparatus includes an outputter that outputs the output data received from the service providing system together with the identification information; an inputter that accepts input of input data based on the output data output by the outputter; and a second communicator that transmits, to the service providing system, the input data input by the inputter, to which the identification information is appended. The service providing system performs a process on the input data by the processing method associated with the identification information appended to the input data.

Abstract: There is provided a management system for managing a manuscript of a book in a plurality of steps, works serially performed on the manuscript being divided into the steps, the management system comprising: a print control unit configured to generate data for printing out sheets in response to receiving a print request of manuscript data, respective pages in the manuscript data being incorporated in the sheets, wherein the manuscript data is generated by digitizing the manuscript including the respective pages, and the respective sheets include identification information items which are made unique on a sheet-by-sheet basis and used for determining properness of the respective sheets, the identification information items indicating a step among the steps which includes a work most lately performed.
