    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for evaluating the fatigue damage and life of a bridge structure under a multi-factor coupling effect. The method comprises the following steps: S1, reproducing complex service environment action values; S2, analyzing performance values of a bridge structure; S3, calculating coupling fatigue damage of a vulnerable part; and S4, predicting a remaining life of the bridge structure. By adopting the method, the fatigue damage condition and remaining life of an in-service bridge under a multi-factor coupling effect can be accurately evaluated, and the effect of each factor/action and the coupling effect the factors/actions in fatigue damage of a vulnerable part are quantitatively analyzed, thereby providing data support and decision-making reference for the operation and maintenance management, reinforcement and repair, and optimal design of bridges.

    Abstract: The application relates to a dynamic visualization method and device for earthquake disasters. The method comprises: acquiring initial point cloud data of buildings and scenes in a target area; acquiring shake displacement data varying with time of the buildings by simulating an earthquake excitation on the buildings and the scenes; performing voxel downsampling and point cloud segmentation and extraction on the initial point cloud data to determine a ground point cloud and a point cloud of each building; updating in real time coordinates of each point of the point cloud of each building according to the shake displacement data; and rendering in real time the ground point cloud and the coordinates of each point of the point cloud of each building to generate a dynamic visual image for displaying. Accordingly, seismic scenes of regional buildings are presented more truly and visually, thus improving the visualization effect.

    Abstract: A large-scale UAV mission planning method includes constructing an objective function and its constraints; initializing a mission sequence and inserting customers into the mission sequence with the smallest objective function value to obtain a plurality of initial mission sequences; iteratively performing the update operations on the plurality of initial mission sequences. Fast acquisition of optimal missions is achieved by the invention. This invention solves the existing problem of not being able to obtain the optimal mission due to the complex and time-consuming calculation method and the difficulty of convergence of the algorithm.

A reversing slide valve is disposed on the confluence plate. A working method of a four-quadrant radial piston hydraulic device is also provided. When the radial piston hydraulic device is used as a hydraulic motor and a hydraulic pump, it is capable of realizing two-way rotation, which solves a limitation of valve flow distribution in motor application.

The present application includes generating a delay time vector and a first delay time for each flight; grouping all the flights to get multiple flight groups based on the overlap of flight times; using a delay time vector of each flight in each flight group to generate a subspecies group, crossing each subspecies group to generate children in turn, obtaining a delay variable of each flight and make mutation, and after multiple evolutions, taking a solution as the second delay time of the corresponding flight, updating the first delay time of each flight to the second delay time, and the first delay time obtained after several cycles is used to control the departure time of the corresponding flight.
