  • Patent number: 12264820
Abstract: A multi-stage micro-decomposition swirl burner with an ammonia-doped fuel, and a low NOx control method are provided. A natural gas central pipe, a primary air pipe and a burner housing are nested from inside to outside in sequence to form a primary air duct and an over-fire air channel which are isolated from each other. Natural gas is ejected from the natural gas central pipe, and swirl vanes are arranged in the primary air duct, such that the primary air can be mixed with the central natural gas in a swirl state, and then a diffusion flame is formed under the action of an ignition device. Therefore, a pilot flame with sustainable combustion is formed at the center of an injection end of the burner.

  • Publication number: 20250004362
Abstract: A pellicle membrane for a lithographic apparatus, wherein the pellicle membrane includes metal silicide and a reinforcing network. The reinforcing network can be located between metal silicide layers. The reinforcing network can be irregular. The reinforcing network includes windows with a maximum dimension of up to 20 microns. The reinforcing network includes windows having an average size of at least 5 microns.

  • Patent number: 11708395
Abstract: A gene LBA5 for regulating lateral shoot angles, growth habits, and a plant architecture of Arachis hypogaea L., and use thereof are provided. In the present disclosure, a major gene LBA5 for controlling lateral shoot angles, growth habits, and a plant architecture of Arachis hypogaea L. is mapped and cloned from Arachis hypogaea L., which includes two homologous genes LBA5b and LBA5a and promoters thereof. The allelic variations of the gene can be selected through crossbreeding and backcrossing to achieve the genetic improvement on an angle between an Arachis hypogaea L. lateral shoot and a main stem. Through a genetic engineering operation for the gene and a change for a promoter sequence of the gene, the function or expression level of this gene in a procumbent Arachis hypogaea L. variety can be adjusted to further regulate an angle between an Arachis hypogaea L. lateral shoot and a main stem.

  • Publication number: 20220307041
Abstract: Cloning and use of an Arachis hypogaea L. flowering habit gene AhFH1 and allelic variants thereof are provided. Through experiments, the Arachis hypogaea L. flowering habit gene AhFH1 and two defunctionalized allelic variants thereof are determined. The defunctionalized allelic variants can cause the change from alternate flowering Arachis hypogaea L. to continuous flowering Arachis hypogaea L. Through overexpression of the gene AhFH1 or supplementary expression of a promoter of the gene itself, a continuous flowering Arachis hypogaea L. variety can be changed into alternate flowering Arachis hypogaea L.; and through knockout or expression suppression of the gene AhFH1, alternate flowering Arachis hypogaea L. can be changed into continuous flowering Arachis hypogaea L. Marker-assisted selection (MAS) breeding is realized for allelic variants of the gene using molecular markers.

  • Publication number: 20130295631
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the production of highly efficient heterologous pathways in host cells by identifying favorable enzyme and/or promoter combinations. In particular the present disclosure provides methods for assembly and selection of multi-step xylose and arabinose/xylose utilization pathways from a library of fungal enzymes. The present disclosure further provides compositions containing favorable enzyme combinations, as well as recombinant yeast expressing such combinations, and methods of use for bioconversion of pentose sugars. Also provided are compositions and methods involving favorable expression patterns identified by utilization of combinations of promoters of varying strengths. Provided herein are methods for assembly and selection of multi-step xylose, arabinose/xylose, and cellobiose utilization pathways from a library of promoters of varying strengths.
