  • Patent number: 9166351
Abstract: A power adapting device has a connecting seat, at least two conductive strips, and an adapter. The connecting seat has a mounting portion with two slots. The at least two conductive strips are mounted in the connecting seat. Each of the at least two conductive strips has a positioning sheet, a conductive sheet obliquely protruding upward from the positioning sheet, an arced sheet protruding down from the positioning sheet, and an engaging sheet protruding down from the arced sheet. The engaging sheet has a semispherical contact. The adapter is electrically connected to the conductive sheets of the at least two conductive strips. With different power adapting devices of different standards using in cooperation with a charger, the charger can comply with different electrical socket standards via the power adapting devices.

  • Patent number: 8226424
Abstract: A plug device with a changeable adapter has a base and an adapter. The base has a transformer circuit and a first connecting component. The adapter is detachably mounted on the base and has two prongs and a second connecting component selectively connected to the first connecting component of the base. When a user goes on a trip abroad, the user is capable of replacing the adapter to fit sockets of a specific country and to supply electrical power to electronic devices that the user carries along.

  • Publication number: 20030147004
Abstract: A power supply lock has a recess defined in a side face of the connector body and having a clamping plate extending out from a distal edge defining the recess. The clamping plate has a hook formed on a free edge of the clamping plate so as to correspond to one of the tracks of the digital camera to allow the power supply to securely engage with the digital camera.

  • Patent number: 6353310
Abstract: A DC/DC charge and supply converting module has a function of constant-current charging an electrical appliance, and a function of supplying constant voltage power to an electrical appliance. The converting module includes a DC/DC converter and a charge module connected with an input end of the DC/DC converter. The charge module includes a comparator, a constant current source connected with a first input end of the comparator, and a bleeder circuit connected to a second input end of the comparator. The comparator is used for controlling an output voltage of the DC/DC converter to remain constant. The constant current source provides a constant current to the corresponding input end of the comparator and allows the DC/DC converter to output a constant current for the purpose of charge.

  • Patent number: 6270364
Abstract: A portable electrical adapter is composed of a convertible plug and a transformer. The plug has a front part and a block. Two first blades are received in the front part and two sockets are defined at a bottom of the block. Two conductive strips are received in the block and each has a resilient member fixed on a distal end. Two caps are respectively pushed by the resilient members. The transformer has a notch defined therein and two second blades pivotally mounted in the notch. When the second blades are pivoted up, they can be respectively inserted in the sockets of the plug. The second blades each have an aperture defined at a first end thereof. When the second blades inserted in the sockets, the caps are respectively positioned in the apertures to electrically connect the first blades to the second blades and to stably mount the plug on the transformer.
