The rotary shaft is rotatably connected at a side of a ceiling fixing assembly. Two winding portions rotating in synchronization with the rotary shaft are disposed at both sides of the rotary shaft: a first winding portion and a second winding portion. The ceiling storage rack capable of preventing a placement platform from falling down, increasing safety level and avoiding dislocation and entangling of double-strand cables.
