  • Publication number: 20210197906
Abstract: An attachment assembly for use with a work machine includes an attachment adapter coupled to the work machine and fixed relative thereto and an attachment frame including a member defining an attachment point configured to engage, into an engaged mode, with the attachment adapter when a front suspension system of the work machine is raised to a raised position, and configured to disengage, into a disengaged mode, from the attachment adapter when the front suspension system is lowered to a lowered position, the attachment adapter configured to travel with the work machine when in the engaged mode and the disengaged mode, and the attachment frame configured to travel with the work machine when in only the engaged mode.

  • Publication number: 20160115999
Abstract: A connection mechanism is provided for connecting an implement to a tractor PTO. The connection mechanism includes a PTO stub shaft, a coupler frame, an adapter holder, a PTO adapter shaft, and a resilient member. The coupler frame is adapted to be attached to the implement. The adapter holder is mounted to the coupler frame and is pivotal and slidable with respect to the coupler frame. The adapter holder receives and rotatably supports the PTO adapter shaft. The PTO adapter shaft has adapter splines. The PTO stub shaft has stub splines for meshing engagement with the adapter splines. The resilient member is coupled between the coupler frame and the adapter holder, and is biased to urge the adapter holder and the PTO adapter shaft towards the PTO stub shaft.

  • Publication number: 20160113189
Abstract: A coupling assembly couples an implement to a vehicle having a pickup hitch. The coupling assembly includes a coupler frame attached to the implement. A jack stand member is mounted on two coupling pins which project from the coupler frame. The jack stand member has a first slot which receives the first pin and a second slot which receives the second pin. The second slot forms a first shoulder which engages the second pin to support the coupler frame when the jack stand member is in a ground engaging lowered position. A block mounted to the pickup hitch is spaced apart from the jack stand member to allow it to fall to the lowered position when the coupler frame is uncoupled from the vehicle. The block engages a surface of the jack stand member to raise the jack stand member when the coupler frame is moved towards the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20160113188
Abstract: A coupling assembly couples a towed implement having a tongue to a vehicle having a pickup hitch. The coupling assembly includes a coupler manifold which is mounted to the vehicle and which supports vehicle couplers. An implement coupler frame is attached to the tongue, and an implement plate is movably coupled to the implement coupler frame. The implement plate supports implement couplers for mating engagement with the vehicle couplers. The manifold is engagable with the implement plate. Spring members are biased to urge the implement plate towards the manifold.

  • Publication number: 20160114640
Abstract: A coupling mechanism couples a towed implement to a prime mover. The coupling mechanism includes a housing fixed to the prime mover, a coupler frame fixed to the implement, and a coupler plate movably mounted to the coupler frame. A pivot pin projects from the housing. A lever member pivots on the pivot pin. The lever member has a first arm with a latch pin and a second arm with a locking recess. A lock pin projects from the coupler plate, and a latch member is fixed to the coupler frame. The latch member has a latch finger which forms a slot. The latch member engages the latch pin, pivots the lever member and moving the latch pin into the slot as the coupler frame moves towards the housing. The locking recess receives the lock pin as the lever member is pivoted by the latch member.
