  • Patent number: 9026945
Abstract: A method of grouping multiple waveforms for a single channel of acquired data on a display area uses a graphic icon with the display area. The graphic icon has a first portion with a symbol indicating the single channel and with an indicator defining a baseline for the display area. The graphic icon also has a second portion with symbols indicating which of the multiple waveforms currently are being displayed. The symbol for the single channel and the symbol for a selected one of the multiple waveforms currently being displayed are highlighted. The highlighting may be via color, where the highlight color corresponds to the color of the waveforms currently being displayed.

  • Patent number: 8769673
Abstract: Methods for identifying potentially harmful, malicious, or unwanted content based upon associations with known offenders are provided. Executable content associated with a domain is identified. The executable content URL and the domain are compared to URLs/domains known to be associated with malicious content. If the URL and/or the domain has been identified as associated with offending code, the remaining domain contents and any available associated information are examined to identify any referencing domains, referenced domains, linking domains, affiliated entities, etc. Each identified domain, affiliate, etc. is subsequently examined in a similar manner to identify any domain, entity, etc. having an association with malicious content. Each identified domain, entity, etc. is assigned a suspicion level based upon proximity to the source of the offending code. If desired, relationships among the domains, entities, and the like may be relationally mapped to render associations easier to identify.

  • Patent number: 8667583
Abstract: A malware analysis system is described that provides information about malware execution history on a client computer and allows automated back-end analysis for faster creation of identification signatures and removal instructions. The malware analysis system collects threat information on client computers and sends the threat information to a back-end analysis component for automated analysis. The back-end analysis component analyzes the threat information by comparing the threat information to information about known threats. The system builds a signature for identifying the threat family and a mitigation script for neutralizing the threat. The system sends the signature and mitigation data to client computers, which use the information to mitigate the threat. Thus, the malware analysis system detects and mitigates threats more quickly than previous systems by reducing the burden on technicians to manually create environments for reproducing the threats and manually analyze the threat behavior.

  • Publication number: 20130331979
Abstract: An interchangeable flighting insert is disclosed to maximize the efficiency of singularly delivering objects, such as products, to a user through a product dispensation device. The flighting insert can be removably coupled to an auger of the product dispensation device, thereby allowing variation of the flighting characteristics based on the object to be dispensed. The same auger can therefore use a first flighting for certain products, and a second flighting for different products.

  • Publication number: 20130300180
Abstract: Disclosed is a dump gate comprised of a three sided metal frame with pivot points attached to the lowest point of the existing bucket's frame on the outside with appropriate hardware. The front side of the dump gate has a proper angled blade that closes the dump gate and contacts the front side of the lower portion of the existing bucket less a safety gap. When the bucket is used to collect engineered material the dump gate raises to allow the bucket to receive its contents. When the bucket is lowered the dump gate drops to the allowed opening that is restricted by its controlling chain and the contents is released in a metered amount allowing both quality and quantity of the contents to be released. The dump gate reduces the need for additional manual labor usually used to control quality and quantity.

  • Patent number: 8530020
Abstract: A sheet of printable business cards which includes a cardstock sheet construction having a front side and a back side and a solid continuous liner sheet releasably secured with ultraremovable adhesive to and covering the back side. Continuous through-cut lines are cut through the cardstock sheet construction to the back side but not through-cut through the liner sheet; the through-cut lines defining at least in part perimeter edges of printable business cards. Portions of the back side of the cardstock sheet construction form back side surfaces of the printable business cards. Areas of the liner sheet covering back sides of all of the through-cut lines and thereby hold the printable business cards together when the sheet of printable business cards is fed through a printer or copier for a printing operation on the printable business cards.

  • Patent number: 8507064
Abstract: A printable sheet assembly having a facestock that is provided with a plurality of cards including a card whose perimeter is defined by first and second horizontal through-cut lines and first and second vertical through-cut lines, the intersection of the first horizontal through-cut line and the first vertical through-cut line defining a first corner, the intersection of the first horizontal through-cut line and the second vertical through-cut line defining a second card corner. A liner sheet strip is on a back side surface of the facestock. The liner sheet strip covers the first horizontal through-cut line and is wider at one of the card corners than along the first horizontal through-cut line at an area centrally disposed between the card corners, thereby exposing a portion of a back side surface the card, and the liner sheet strip covering portions of the vertical through-cut lines between the horizontal through-cut lines.
