The dispensing system is closable or coverable by a person from within the interior space, to prevent access from the outside, and for cleaning, service and travel.

The interval, subject matter fed and other parameters can be controlled by the device, or remotely by a second device or administrator, and information representative of comprehension, marketing, and the like can be recorded and collected.
