The machining device includes at least one other machining tool mounted to rotate on the machining module about another axis of rotation that is distinct from the first axis of rotation and that is stationary relative to the first axis of rotation.

Abstract: Among other things, the present invention provides fashion accessories commonly known as headbands. Various embodiments include headbands that encircle the head partially or fully, primarily made of a resilient, molded foam or lofting material which include expandable, stretchable, wells or holes that are designed for insertion of various decorative ornaments. Also disclosed are methods for manufacturing such headbands and various accompanying headband pieces.

Abstract: The invention provides implantable tissue graft materials composed of a collagenous tissue scaffold and a biocompatible agent bonded to the tissue scaffold via an activated photoreactive group. The invention further provides methods including steps of obtaining a tissue graft material comprising a collagenous tissue scaffold; contacting the collagenous tissue scaffold with a biocompatible agent composition that includes biocompatible agent and one or more photoreactive groups; and treating the collagenous tissue scaffold and biocompatible agent composition to activate the photoreactive groups and bond the biocompatible agent to the tissue scaffold via one or more activated photoreactive groups. Implantable prostheses formed of the tissue graft material are also contemplated.

Abstract: An ophthalmic lens centering and mounting device includes a base which receives and centers the ophthalmic lens. A support receives a holding and securing device for the lens in a removable way and is carried by an arm mounted to swing on the base to apply the holding and securing device to the ophthalmic lens. A barrel mounted to rotate on the arm carries the support. A template support carried by the barrel receives in a removable way a template that has to be superposed on the lens before the holding and securing device is placed on the lens.
