Abstract: A system and method for portable compatibility determination includes a service computer configured to handle compatibility requests from mobile users. The service computer includes a messaging system configured to receive a request from a sender, decipher identifying information from the request for the sender and a subject person, and reply with a report to at least the sender. A matching engine is configured to associate a profile of the sender with available information to determine a compatibility measurement between the sender and the subject person. A report generator is configured to format the report based upon the compatibility measurement.
