Abstract: An exercise device comprising a floor assembly, an upright assembly, and a suspended beam assembly. The floor assembly comprises four beams of sufficient size to surround a stationary bike. The upright assembly comprises two upright beams and are of sufficient length that they extend from the floor assembly to the suspended beam assembly such that a user positioned on a stationary bike can extend his/her arms over his/her head to grab the suspended beam.
