  • Publication number: 20240177364
Abstract: To present augmented reality features without localizing a user, a client device receives a request for presenting augmented reality features in a camera view of a computing device of the user. Prior to localizing the user, the client device obtains sensor data indicative of a pose of the user, and determines the pose of the user based on the sensor data with a confidence level that exceeds a confidence threshold which indicates a low accuracy state. Then the client device presents one or more augmented reality features in the camera view in accordance with the determined pose of the user while in the low accuracy state.

  • Publication number: 20100210164
Abstract: A strengthening structure for waterproof fabric comprises one elastic and waterproof fabric or two elastic and waterproof fabrics, an elastic adhesive member is bonded to the bonding seam between the fabrics, and waterproof and elastic first and second auxiliary pieces are boned to both sides of the bonding seam. Thereby, such a structure is improved in tensile and waterproof properties.

  • Publication number: 20100162462
Abstract: A pair of fishing trousers comprises two waterproof fabric layers, an adhesive layer and a waterproof adhesive layer. The waterproof fabric layers are partially superposed to form two connecting portions. The adhesive layer is provided between the connecting portions, and between an upper surface and a lower surface of the adhesive layer and the waterproof fabric layers is formed a sticking surface, respectively. Thereby, the waterproof fabric layers can be bonded together, so as to improve the waterproof effect. The waterproof adhesive layer is the innermost layer of the fishing trousers and coated on the connecting portions. After the respective layers of the fishing trousers are bonded together, they can be heated and pressed by passing two rollers to improve the bonding strength, thus improving the waterproof effect.

  • Patent number: 7015968
Abstract: A backlight controlled closeup photographing system is proposed, which is designed for use with a multimedia-capable information platform, such as an MMV (MultiMedia Viewer) device, to allow the user to photograph a small object, such as a business card, at close range with intensified illumination on the object for the purpose of allowing the photographed digital image to have adequate brightness in picture quality. The proposed backlight controlled closeup photographing system is characterized by the use of backlight control to increase the intensity of the backlight illumination on the object being photographed for the purpose of allowing the photographed digital image to have adequate brightness in picture quality. Since the intensity of illumination on the object can be increased without using flash unit, the invention is apparently more cost-effective and advantageous to use than prior art.
