  • Patent number: 10807915
Abstract: A graphene foam ceramic composite (GrF-CC) comprises an open cell graphene foam (GrF) surrounded by and infiltrated with a sintered low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) matrix. The GrF-CC can be prepared by infiltrating an open cell GrF with an LTCC slurry, removing the solvent from the slurry with solidification to a ceramic-GrF green body, and sintering the ceramic-GrF green body to form the GrF-CC. Sintering by spark plasma sintering (SPS) allows an LTCC GrF-CC that has a density of at least 90%.

  • Publication number: 20200258313
Abstract: Systems, devices, media, and methods are presented for object detection and inserting graphical elements into an image stream in response to detecting the object. The systems and methods detect an object of interest in received frames of a video stream. The systems and methods identify a bounding box for the object of interest and estimate a three-dimensional position of the object of interest based on a scale of the object of interest. The systems and methods generate one or more graphical elements having a size based on the scale of the object of interest and a position based on the three-dimensional position estimated for the object of interest. The one or more graphical elements are generated within the video stream to form a modified video stream. The systems and methods cause presentation of the modified video stream including the object of interest and the one or more graphical elements.

  • Patent number: 10741753
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for memory arrays that use a conductive hard mask during formation and, in some cases, operation are described. A hard mask may be used to define features or components during the numerous material formation and removal steps used to create memory cells within a memory array. The hard mask may be an electrically conductive material, some or all of which may be retained during formation. A conductive line may be connected to each memory cell, and because the hard mask used in forming the cell may be conductive, the cell may be operable even if portions of the hard mask remain after formation.

  • Patent number: 10389615
Abstract: In one embodiment, enhanced packet flow monitoring is performed by packet switching devices in a network. A packet switching device is configured to monitor a flow of packets passing through the packet switching device, including detecting a gap in consecutive packets of the flow of packets, and attributing the gap as not being dropped one or more packets based on a particular time duration between a last received packet of the flow of packets before said detected gap and a first received packet of the flow of packets after said detected gap. In one embodiment, the gap is attributed to not being dropped packets when the particular time duration is greater than a threshold value; and conversely, attributed to being dropped packets when the particular time duration is less than a same or different threshold value.
