Abstract: An internet-based workflow management platform for use in the broadcast and web industry to facilitate resources sharing and improved production efficiency—specifically adapted for creation and production of commercial advertisements. An internet, cloud-backed system for the creation and production of commercial advertising spots is provided wherein a role-based structure ensures that users only see the information relevant to them and relevant to their part in the overall process and workflow that ends with the completion of a work order. The internet and cloud structure of the platform affords vastly improved communication and information access to enable persons working on creative production or commercial advertisements through said work order to be geographically situated anywhere, as opposed to the limits of one physical location.
