    Abstract: A speed regulator for a gear train includes a rotor having elastic parts which allow the rotor to contact a brake member at higher speeds due to the centrifugal force acting on the rotor. A stop member is provided to engage and halt the rotation of the rotor, and is displaced to engage the rotor in a direction other than the elastic extension direction of the rotor.
