  • Publication number: 20240240877
Abstract: A heat exchanger that exchanges heat between a refrigerant and air, includes: flat tubes disposed in a first direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of cross sections of the flat tubes and through which the refrigerant flows; first heat transfer fins that contact the flat tubes and are disposed on a windward side of the flat tubes; and second heat transfer fins that contact the flat tubes and are disposed on a leeward side of the flat tubes. The first heat transfer fins are inserted toward the flat tubes from a side of first ends in the longitudinal direction. The second heat transfer fins are inserted toward the flat tubes from a side of second ends in the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 9130083
Abstract: A semiconductor light receiving device includes a substrate having an incident surface receiving light incident on the semiconductor light receiving device and a principal surface opposite to the incident surface; a first semiconductor layer disposed on the principal surface of the substrate, the first semiconductor layer defining one of a cathode region and an anode region; a light absorbing region disposed on the first semiconductor layer; and a second semiconductor layer disposed on the light absorbing region, the second semiconductor layer defining the other of the cathode region and the anode region and forming a junction with the light absorbing region. The light absorbing region includes a semiconductor layer having a conductivity type opposite to the conductivity type of the first semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer of the light absorbing region forms a p-n junction with the first semiconductor layer.

  • Patent number: 7041954
Abstract: A reduction optical system including a lens 12 and a mirror 13, a CCD image sensor 11 and a frame including a frame member 4 for accommodating the reduction optical system and the CCD image sensor are integrated to constitute an image reading unit 2, and the unit 2 is covered with a cover member 1. A lamp 3 is provided on the cover member 1 and spatially isolated from the inner space of the unit 2. A slit 16 of the cover member 1 is closed by a transparent member 10. The lamp 3 emits the light 15a onto a document 17 on a document setting glass 18, and the reflected light 15b from the document 17 enters the CCD image sensor 11 through the transparent member 10, slit 16, slit 4?, mirror 13 and the lens 12 and is converted into electrical information, thereby reading image information of the document 17.

  • Patent number: 6830312
Abstract: In a wire-driving system that drives and moves a movable unit along a guide path, a drive drum member is rotatably provided on the movable unit to be rotated around an axis which is perpendicular to a movement direction of the movable unit. An electric drive motor is provided in the movable unit and operationally connected to the drum member to be rotationally driven in either a first rotational direction or a second rotational direction. A wire cable has a first end and a second end, and is partially wound around the drum member such that a first cable section and a second cable section are extended from the drum member. The respective first and second ends of the wire cable are securely attached to two fixed points beside terminal ends of the guide path such that the first and second cable sections of the wire cable are tensionally extended along the guide path.
