Patent number: 10750272Abstract: The invention relates to a hearing device that comprises a flexible electric connection between device components that are pivotably connected to each other. The electric connection comprises an originally flat flexible circuit comprising one or more electric conductors embedded in a flexible substrate. The flexible circuit comprises a centre portion that is curved in its original, flat state and that in its mounted stage is bent to form a turn such that two curved sections of the curved centre portion emerge that are arranged opposite to each other in two spaced apart planes that essentially are parallel to each other.Type: GrantFiled: October 5, 2017Date of Patent: August 18, 2020Assignee: SENNHEISER COMMUNICATIONS A/SInventors: Henrik Roed, Torben Kristensen, Brian Spidsbjerg, Arne Lindbjerg Pedersen, Martin Feilberg Hansen, Peter Bauerlund

Patent number: 10181231Abstract: A method of controlling access to a location secured by a lock mechanism. An access control management system (ACMS) administrates electronic keys for multiple locations and users carrying mobile units. A lock mechanism controls the lock mechanism at the location. Each of data records associated with lock control units includes key generation data for generating an electronic key for a corresponding lock control unit. A generated key is communicated from the ACMS to the user mobile unit. The key indicates an access right to the location and has an associated lock control unit identifier. The key is communicated from the user mobile unit to the lock control unit at the location, which authenticates the key and, subject to successful authentication of the key, operates the lock mechanism. The key includes a data item cryptographically protected between the ACMS and the lock control unit using a cryptographic key unknown to the user mobile unit.Type: GrantFiled: February 18, 2014Date of Patent: January 15, 2019Assignee: Bekey A/SInventors: Torben Kristensen, Luis Rodas Lorenzen

Patent number: 10017960Abstract: A key box (1) has a housing (10) and a cooperating door (11) which, in combination, form a secured space (9) when the door (11) is closed, wherein the door (11) is locked by means of an electric locking system. The locking system comprises an electric locking mechanism (21), an electronic control unit (22) and a wireless communication unit (23). The electronic control unit (22) is configured to communicate wirelessly with a mobile unit (40) by means of the wireless communication unit (23). The electronic control unit (22) is configured to verify access rights relative to the mobile unit (40) and, if the access rights are authenticated, to cancel the locking effect of the locking mechanism (21). The control unit (22) and the wireless communication unit (23) are accommodated within the secured space (9).Type: GrantFiled: January 9, 2015Date of Patent: July 10, 2018Assignee: Bekey A/SInventor: Torben Kristensen
