Abstract: The invention provides a jet expelling assembly comprising a reservoir and an impulse chamber assembly. The impulse chamber assembly comprises a chamber portion defining a cavity having a general axis, a piston received in the cavity along the general axis and comprising a fluid inlet, thereby defining a variable-volume impulse chamber with an outlet nozzle. The inlet comprises a conduit adapted to slidably engage a reservoir outlet during relative movement therebetween. The chamber portion is arranged stationary relative to the reservoir, whereby expelling an amount of drug from the reservoir to the impulse chamber via the inlet causes the piston to move towards the reservoir, the impulse chamber thereby receiving the expelled amount of drug.

Abstract: The invention relates to a medicament delivery device (1, 100) for delivering one or more solid dose pegs (10, 110) through the skin. The device (1, 100) has a number of exit openings (9, 109) corresponding to the number of solid dose pegs (10, 110) to be delivered. A detachable portion (3, 103) of the device (1, 100) is removed before use to uncover the exit openings (9, 109) and a release rod (17, 117). When the exit openings (9, 109) are pressed against the skin the release rod (17, 117) automatically disables a safety mechanism adapted to prevent unintended activation of the device (1, 100).

Abstract: An injector system (100) for needleless, high pressure delivery of a medicament, the system comprising: an injector (102) having an injector piston (106) movable with in an injector body (104), a medicament container having a reservoir piston (119) movable in a reservoir (116), a fluid connection (118) interconnecting the injector body and an outlet (120) of the reservoir; and wherein the fluid connection is arranged such, with respect to the injector body, that upon movement of the reservoir piston towards a distal end, the medicament contained in the reservoir is pressurised whereby the injector piston is moved away from an initial position and the injector chamber is filled.

Abstract: The present application relates to a syringe device comprising an injector chamber and a medicament container each comprising a piston. In particular the present application relates to a device comprising motor arranged to move an injector piston and/or a reservoir piston so as to transfer a medicament in the medicament container to the injector chamber. Furthermore, the present application relates to a syringe device comprising a motor arranged to strain the spring for assisting the ejection action. Moreover, the present application relates to the use of a motor to strain a spring of a syringe device.
