Abstract: An air conditioner arrangement for a switch cabinet enabling operation with a combustible and/or toxic coolant, the arrangement including a housing with a cabinet side housing area and an external housing area, having a partition wall therebetween, which fluidically separates the cabinet side housing area and the external housing area, and including an air-liquid heat exchanger extending through the partition wall, with an evaporator section in the external housing area and with a heat absorption section coupled thermally with the evaporator section and arranged in the cabinet side housing area to take up the heat from the cabinet side housing area and transfer it to the evaporator section by thermal conduction, wherein a coolant circuit containing a combustible and/or toxic coolant, is arranged in the external housing area, such that the heat from the cabinet side housing area delivered to the evaporator section can be transferred to the coolant circuit.

Abstract: A heat exchanger of an air conditioner includes a housing having a cabinet side housing region and an external housing region, and a partition wall element arranged therebetween which fluidically separates the cabinet side housing region and the external housing region, with a pipe system having a first manifold and a second manifold and multiple pipe elements, the free ends of which open into the manifolds, at least one manifold having a coolant inlet and at least one manifold having a coolant outlet, fluidly connected by the pipe system, the pipe elements are connected with two mounting plates which surround the pipe elements in a gas-impermeable manner, so that the heat exchanger can be installed in the partition wall element so that in the assembled state the manifolds are in the external housing region and at least portions of the pipe elements are in the cabinet side housing region.

Abstract: A heat exchanger for air conditioning in a switch cabinet, with a pipe system that is configured to transport a coolant, and comprises multiple pipe pieces, and at least one pipe piece connector element, wherein the at least one pipe piece connector element connects two end sections of the pipe pieces to each other fluidically, and with a heat transfer element, which is preferably embodied as a fin arrangement with a multiplicity of fins, wherein the heat transfer element accommodates the pipe pieces of the pipe system in such a manner that the end sections of the pipe pieces protrude from the heat transfer element. Additionally, at least one capsule is provided, wherein the end sections of the pipe pieces of the pipe systems open into the at least one capsule, so the at least one pipe piece connector element is arranged inside the at least one capsule.
