The seat back has a seat back frame and the seat bottom has a seat bottom frame. An electric component is mounted to the seat body. A first mounting member attaches the electric component to one of the seat back frame and the seat bottom frame. In this vehicle seat assembly, the first mounting member is configured to flex such that the electric component can move in a direction that is generally perpendicular to a plane of the one of the seat back frame and the seat bottom frame.
