Abstract: This invention relates to a lifting device for low-weight loads, and may have a lift and tilt arrangement comprising one single lift arm and one single tilt arm. In that case those arms can either be located centrally in relation to the platform or at one of its sides. Two lift arms and two tilt arms together may be used with related link arms, those lift and tilt arms then being suitably journalled on a common horizontal shaft and the link arms on another horizontal shaft, those two shafts extending transversely to the load-supporting portion of the platform.

Abstract: A lifting table comprises at least two pairs of scissor arms pivotally interconnected by means of joints and adapted to cooperate in raising and lowering a table in relation to an underlying base portion by means of at least one longitudinally extensible power transmission device, for example a hydraulic cylinder. A carrier member coupled with the power transmission device transversely of the longitudinal direction thereof, is inserted through an oblong hole in a first scissor arm and adapted to cooperate with a sloping slideway on the second scissor arm, said slideway being adapted, on displacement of the carrier member from an initial position in which the scissor arms are in one plane, to provide a lifting of at least the first scissor arm into a position in which a substantial moment arm has been established between the carrier member and the joint between the scissor arms.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a piston-cylinder mechanism for the pivoting or tilting of the platform of a vehicle mounted goods elevator between a raised resting position and a lowered working position, including at least one piston rod slidably movable relative to a piston in the mechanism and uniformly movable by means of a driver together with the piston between a bottom position wherein the platform is lowered and an intermediate position determined by a stop limiting the piston travel, said piston rod being movable relative to the piston between said intermediate position and a position of maximum extension out of the cylinder wherein the platform is swung up, wherein a spring, adapted to be supplied with spring force when the piston rod is moved towards its position of maximum extension out of the cylinder, urges the piston rod from said position in a direction towards the bottom position thereby to initiate at all times a lowering of the platform.
