Abstract: Device for prevention of sterotorous breathing or snoring and adapted to be fixed in a person's upper part of the mouth and being characterized in comprising a non-rigid and flexible transverse girder for fixation in the upper part of a person's mouth, preferably at the back of the upper part of the mouth, and a tongue catching member extending downwardly from the non-rigid and flexible transverse girder and produced from an elastic material and which is adapted to fixate the tongue in a forward position so that it does not block the respiratory passages.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for supplying a gas e.g., oxygen—to a person's respiratory tract, especially the upper nasal airways. According to a first aspect of the invention, a device for supplying gas to the airways of a person is provided, the device having at least one inlet opening for receiving a gas and at least two outlet openings adapted for supplying the gas to the person's nostrils. The device is configured such that the position of the outlet openings can be adjusted relative to each other. According to a second aspect of the invention, the device comprises at least one inlet opening for receiving a gas and at least first and second tubular members having first and second outlet openings at the distal ends thereof. The tubular members are adapted for placement in the person's nostrils for supplying gas thereto, are inclined towards each other, and adapted to elastically engage each side of the nasal septum as they are urged apart by the nasal septum in their inserted position.

Abstract: A nasal dilator (10") for placing on a user's nose and for improving respiration through the nose by dilation of the user's nostrils comprises a central, resilient, beam-shaped element (12) and two attaching elements (14 and 16) placed at respective ends of the beam-shaped element for attachment to respective sides of the user's nose. The beam-shaped element (12) extends in use from one side of the user's nose across the bridge of the user's nose to the other side of the user's nose and the central, resilient, beam-shaped element (12) and the two attaching elements (14, 16) are integrally made of plastic. The nasal dilator (10") constitutes a configuration which is symmetrical relative to a central plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the beam-shaped element and preferably constitutes an overall curved structure or alternatively a substantially plane structure.
