  • Patent number: 11930936
Abstract: Fabric for a modular chair suitable for defining a surface in use and for supporting a user when seated on the chair, and a perimeter area defined by edges of the surface. The fabric includes, at the surface, a periodic weave, the base of which includes at least one main filament, inside of which at least one secondary filament is also inserted, arranged in a weft along a predetermined trajectory. The main filament and the secondary filament are mutually and tightly attached at the perimeter area. The fabric includes at least one spool defining a long element trapped inside part of the fabric along the perimeter area wherein the weaving of the main filament creates a tubular shape suitable for housing the spool, and the secondary filament at least partially wraps the spool to mutually block the main filament and the secondary filament at the spool.

  • Patent number: 11918125
Abstract: A modular chair including a support portion to allow the support of a user on it and including a frame and a fabric. The fabric defines a surface suitable to support the user and a perimetral area defined by the edges of the surface. The frame defines, in use, a closed profile and is suitable to support the fabric in tension along at least part of the perimetral area, and comprises at least two parts separate and reciprocally loosely connected by two hinges arranged respectively at the ends of said parts to define a configuration of use in which the parts form the frame and a configuration of rest in which the parts are folded together. The hinges define two respective axes of rotation mutually aligned. The frame tensions the fabric only when the parts are in the configuration of use.

  • Patent number: 5609246
Abstract: The blister pack comprises a base portion and a cover layer. The base portion comprises a hollow chamber that contains a soft hydrophilic contact lens and a sterile aqueous preserving solution, and a substantially flat flange that extends right round the outside of the hollow chamber. The cover layer is releasably sealed to the flange in a sealing zone that extends right round the circumference of the hollow chamber. The flange comprises a grip region that extends from one side of the hollow chamber beyond the sealing zone and is covered by a corresponding grip region of the cover layer but is not sealed thereto.
