    Abstract: A process for producing a container comprising an outer container, an inner bag disposed therein and a pressure equalisation opening disposed in the outer container, and a container produced according to this process, is described, wherein a pre-moulding, comprising two coaxial tubes, is first produced by co-extrusion with the help of a blow mould and with an outwardly-projecting base seam being formed. The process forms a pressure equalisation opening in the outer container without endangering the integrity of the container, wherein a lower wastage rate and higher productivity are achieved. To do this, the base seam is partially cut off and a force which acts in the direction of the seam is introduced into the pre-moulding, which has a temperature of 40 degrees C. to 70 degrees C., which force breaks open and plastically deforms the base seam so that a pressure equalisation opening is formed in the base area.

    Abstract: A process is described, for preparing a container provided with a container opening, having a substantially inherently rigid outer layer and at least one inner layer, each of a different thermoplastic plastics material. First of all a preform of at least two coaxial molten polymer tubes (2,3) which are of a sufficient length to produce the container is produced in a blow-molding method between the closed individual parts of a blow-mold (4). The rigid inflating mandrel (5) with a balloon (6) mounted thereon is passed through the mold into the interior of the preform, after which the balloon (6) is inflated in the region of the container opening, such that the minimum of two layers are pressed against the blow-mold (4) and hardened there. Finally, pressure is introduced through the inflating mandrel (5) into the interior of the preform.

    Abstract: A system for testing systems which are in turn used to test the leaktightness of a hollow body is suggested. Instead of the hollow body, a test body (2) is placed in the system which generates a defined pressure increase in a measuring chamber (4) within a pre-determined time span. This defined pressure increase corresponds exactly to the pressure increase generated by a hollow body with a small amount of leakage, wherein the hollow body can still just be regarded as leaktight. The test body can be configured as a glass capillary which extends in a sealing manner between two chambers with different air pressure. Alternatively, the test body can comprise a material which can accept a defined amount of moisture from the ambient atmosphere during storage. A vacuum formed around the test body causes moisture to be withdrawn from the test body and at least partially evaporated in the vacuum, which again leads to an increase in pressure in the chamber.
