  • Publication number: 20130003490
Abstract: The invention relates to a kitchen appliance (1) having a mixing vessel (2) and a stirrer located in the mixing vessel, wherein the mixing vessel can be heated and the kitchen appliance (1) has a time selector switch (5, 6) which enables a time selection in respect of the stirrer and/or the heating operation, wherein a pre-programmed sequence of preparation steps can furthermore be carried out. In order to carry out operation as safely as possible, according to the invention the sequence cannot be triggered until an active selection made by the user in respect of the time and/or stirrer and/or heating setting is made, insofar as a stir and/or heating operation is in the pre-programmed sequence, by means of the one or more selector switches.

  • Patent number: 7769453
Abstract: The present invention relates to an implantable battery-operated electrostimulation device (10), particularly for stimulating a heart, having a telemetry unit (11) for wireless data transmission between the electrostimulation device (10) and an external device (21), a control unit (15), which is connected to the telemetry unit (11) and is implemented to trigger a telemetric data transmission, a battery (13) for the power supply of the electrical components of the implant, such as the telemetry unit and the control unit, and a self-test unit, which is implemented to register the functional state of the electrostimulation device and independently detect acute or imminent malfunctions, the self-test unit (17) being connected to the control unit and the control unit being implemented to trigger a data transmission using data on the functional state of the electrostimulation device if an acute or imminent malfunction is detected.

  • Publication number: 20090079368
Abstract: The invention relates to an electronic intermediate DC circuit which is to be used in brushless electric motors (1) such as reluctance motors and comprises a rectifier bridge (5) composed of diodes (4) and a capacitor that is connected downstream from the rectifier bridge (5). In order to improve the design of a circuit of this type in a structurally simple manner, two capacitors (6, 7) which have different capacities are connected downstream from the rectifier bridge (5).

  • Publication number: 20060047556
Abstract: Methods and systems of resource planning are described. In one embodiment, a rule set, that defines an authority of a program planner to create at least one project role, is evaluated. A determination of organizational units of users are made, staffing states are modified, and users are disallowed from making changes to a project plan based on the evaluation of the rule set as a function of the staffing state. In another embodiment, a first command from a first user to modify a program structure is received and evaluated. The rule set specifies an authority of the first user to modify the program structure on a basis of a staffing state in a project planning process. A program structure is modified, as a result of a positive evaluation of the rule set, wherein modification includes populating the program structure with first data comprising a project structure and a project role.
