  • Publication number: 20230019192
Abstract: The invention relates to a transportable sample drawing container for drawing a sample of a fluid contained in a process container, said sample drawing container being adjustable between a sample drawing position and a transport position. In the sample drawing position, at least one closable opening which is arranged at a first end section of the sample drawing container and which leads into the interior of the sample drawing container is open, and in the transport position, a sample chamber which is arranged in the interior is closed in a fluid-tight manner, wherein the sample drawing container can be inserted into a movable lock fitting. The invention additionally relates to a sample drawing system comprising the sample drawing container and a lock fitting and to a method for drawing a sample using the sample drawing system.

  • Patent number: 10487018
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing sulphate of potash granulates, wherein 0.1 to 7.5 wt % of a sodium salt selected from among sodium chloride, sodium sulphate, sodium sulphate hydrates, sodium hydroxide and mixtures thereof are added to the sulphate of potash during the granulation process, the percentage by weight being in relation to the sulphate of potash used. In addition, 0.1 to 2.5 wt % of water are added prior to or during the granulation process. The invention also relates to the granulates obtained by said method as well as the use of sodium salts and glaserite and mixtures thereof for improving the mechanical properties of sulfate of potash granulates. The sulphate of potash granulates produced by the method of the invention have significantly greater bursting strength and significantly greater abrasion resistance than granulates known from the prior art.

  • Publication number: 20190351405
Abstract: A sample preparation device is useful for preparing a sample of a process fluid, and the device contains a removal device; a filter unit, which is designed to filter the sample of the process fluid in such a way that the filtered sample of the process fluid is substantially free of any turbidity; a feed device; and also a temperature control device, which is designed to control the temperature of the sample of the process fluid in such a way that the temperature of the sample of the process fluid is substantially constant while it is being fed.

  • Publication number: 20170225960
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing sulphate of potash granulates, wherein 0.1 to 7.5 wt % of a potassium chloride are added to the sulphate of potash during the granulation process, the percentage by weight being in relation to the sulphate of potash used. In addition, 0.1 to 2.5 wt % of water are added prior to or during the granulation process. The invention also relates to the granulates obtained by said method as well as the use of potassium chloride for improving the mechanical properties of sulfate of potash granulates. • Patent number: 9625391
Abstract: (EN) The invention relates to a special LIBS measurement tube focusing unit, referred to simply as LIBS measurement tube, for vertically dipping into a material to be analyzed, which material is moved in a horizontal flow, characterized in that the measurement tube extends vertically and is internally hollow and open at least at the bottom end, such that a bottom edge is formed at the bottom end, the measurement tube has an inlet for coupling in a laser beam and an outlet for coupling out an emission spectrum at the upper end, the measurement tube is constructed in such a way that, in the measurement tube, the laser beam is focused at the material to be analyzed, specifically bulk material, in particular raw, intermediate, and end products from the processing of potash, magnesium, rock salt, or evaporated salt, but without additional scattering and deflection occurring, such that a plasma of the material to be analyzed is produced within the measurement tube by the laser radiation and the emission spectrum of
