  • Patent number: 11518265
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for aging-optimized charging of an energy store of a motor vehicle, comprising: detecting a predetermined number of consecutive full charging processes of the energy store; creating a use profile of the energy store on the basis of discharging processes of the energy store between the consecutive full charging processes; determining whether the created use profile requires a full charging process as the next charging process, and, if the created use profile does not require a full charging process as the next charging process, proposing the charging strategy for the aging-optimized charging, wherein the charging strategy specifies a partial charging process of the energy store for at least the next charging process, in which the energy store is charged up to a predetermined partial charging limit of the operating capacity of the energy store that is smaller than the full charging limit.

  • Publication number: 20220144123
Abstract: A method for operating a booking system of a charging station for an electric vehicle. In the method of the invention, first a blocking message for a first charging station is received from a user. Subsequently, a current distance between the user and the first charging station, a current charging state of the first charging station, and a current booking entry of the first charging station are determined. In the method of the invention, further the blocking message is discarded or further processed depending on the determined distance, the determined charging state, and the determined booking entry. A further aspect of the present invention relates to a network server for carrying out the method.

  • Patent number: 9958489
Abstract: A method for checking a control pilot, referred to below as CP, line of a charging socket of an electrically drivable transportation means. The method includes closing the charging socket, as a result of which an electrical, in particular galvanic, connection is closed between the CP line and a line of the charging socket providing electrical energy, and checking a signal received via the CP line in response to the closing. Also disclosed is a corresponding apparatus.

  • Patent number: 9493079
Abstract: When an energy store of a vehicle is charged via a charging device, a voltage (U) which is made available by the charging device, at a terminal of the vehicle, is measured. A charging current (I) which is made available by the charging device and which charges the energy store is regulated as a function of this voltage (U) in order to limit the power loss during charging.

  • Patent number: 8564244
Abstract: The invention relates to a battery with battery cells and a method for monitoring and controlling the battery cells of the battery. The battery has a plurality of battery cell stacks which are connected in series. A battery cell stack may have an individual battery cell or may be constructed from battery cells which are connected in parallel. Sensors monitor the charge state of individual battery cells, individual battery cell stacks, individual pairs of battery cells and/or individual pairs of battery cell stacks. A charge compensation device has a target value table of the permissible charge state of individual battery cells. The charge compensation device varies the charge compensation depending on the charge state and, when the target value for the charge state of individual battery cells is reached, the charge compensation of the battery cells is interrupted.
