Publication number: 20250203633Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for transmitting a feedback during wireless communication. A first apparatus (90) comprises means (910) for performing: receiving a transmission; transmitting a first feedback in response to the transmission. The first apparatus uses a plurality of resource blocks to form an interlace for the first feedback. The plurality of resource blocks comprises a first resource block, and at least one second resource block. A second resource block in the at least one second resource block is configured to be reusable for the first feedback, and a second feedback transmitted by a second apparatus. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, an improved manner for transmitting a feedback during wireless communication may be provided. Resource blocks may be reusable for more than one feedback from more than one apparatus. Thus, the number of required RBs to enable interlace/feedback may be reduced.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 2, 2022Publication date: June 19, 2025Inventors: Laura LUQUE SANCHEZ, Ling YU, Renato Barbosa ABREU, Timo Erkki LUNTTILA, Yong LIU, Nuno Manuel Kiilerich PRATAS, Naizheng ZHENG, Torsten WILDSCHEK, Vinh Van PHAN, Jianguo LIU

Publication number: 20250185030Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to resource selection for sidelink communication. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a first transmitting device determines information of a first resource to be used by a receiving device for transmission of a first feedback to the first transmitting device, and transmits the information of the first resource to a second transmitting device. The second transmitting device determines a third resource reserved for a second data transmission from the second transmitting device to the receiving device such that a fourth resource associated with the third resource does not conflict with the first resource. In this way, resource selection for sidelink communication with sidelink beam management may be enhanced.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 27, 2022Publication date: June 5, 2025Inventors: Yong LIU, Daniel MEDINA, Renato Barbosa ABREU, Nuno Manuel KIILERICH PRATAS, Thomas Haaning JACOBSEN, Torsten WILDSCHEK

Publication number: 20250159722Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods, devices, apparatuses, and computer readable medium of enhancement on sidelink in unlicensed band. The method comprises: transmitting, at a first device and to a second device, a target transmission via a sidelink channel occupied by applying a contention window of a first contention window size, CWS; receiving, from the second device, a non-acknowledgement feedback for the target transmission; and determining a second CWS to be used for the contention window based on acknowledgement feedbacks and non-acknowledgement feedbacks associated with a plurality of transmissions preceding the target transmission. In this way, both of intra-SL system collisions and inter-system collisions are taken into consideration when a sidelink UE adjusts the CWS. As such, the sidelink UE can determine the CWS not only based on detection of sidelink transmission failure, but also on the evaluation of ACK/NACK feedbacks for various sidelink transmissions.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 13, 2021Publication date: May 15, 2025Inventors: Torsten WILDSCHEK, Ling YU, Nuno Manuel KIILERICH PRATAS, Vinh VAN PHAN, Yong LIU, Tao TAO, Naizheng ZHENG

Publication number: 20250113328Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a sidelink (SL) positioning measurement based on a plurality of measurement samples. In particular, a location server requests a receiving (RX) device to report SL positioning measurement that has been made from a plurality of measurement samples. The RX UE requests a transmitting (TX) UE to transmit a plurality of SL positioning reference signals (PRSs) through a plurality of SL PRS resources so that the RX UE can obtain multiple SL positioning measurement samples. In this way, it can improve SL positioning performance. Publication number: 20250039925Abstract: Example embodiments of the present disclosure relate to adjustment of contention window (CW) for listen before talk (LBT). A device determines a target size of a contention window for listen before talk at least in part based on at least one of a first metric and a second metric. The first metric indicates a level of intra-system activity of one of the plurality of systems. The second metric indicates a level of inter-system activity of the plurality of systems. The at least one of first and second metrics are determined by the device based on one or more messages in a set of resources shared by a plurality of systems. This solution enables the device to adjust the LBT by determining the target size of the contention window. By doing so, the device may determine an appropriate size of the contention window even when HARQ feedback is not available. In this way, a system may be able to coexist fairly with other systems in unlicensed spectrum.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 14, 2021Publication date: January 30, 2025Inventors: Nuno Manuel KIILERICH PRATAS, Ling YU, Torsten WILDSCHEK, Vinh VAN PHAN, Yong LIU, Tao TAO, Naizheng ZHENG
