The light guide member includes a recess which is formed between the respective input surfaces through which the light from the corresponding light source parts is input and which has a recess side surface that reflects at least some of the light input through the input surfaces; a plurality of extension parts that respectively guide mainly the light input from the corresponding light source parts through the input surfaces; and a cutout portion formed between the extension parts.
