Abstract: An electric motor comprising a stator block or assembly having stator windings and a control circuit substrate for supplying driving current thereto mounted integrally with the stator block, a shaft rotatably journalled in said stator block, a magnet casing in which are mounted driving magnets associated with the shaft, a rotor block or assembly provided with detector magnets held at an end of the shaft, and a detector winding block or assembly mounted within a motor housing to which a bracket is fixed. There is also disclosed a control means for controlling the driving current for the driving windings in response to the voltage induced in the detector winding block.
