  • Patent number: 10688777
Abstract: A plate cylinder enables a printing plate to be attached thereto and is improved in strength. A plate cylinder is attached to a rotationally driven plate driving shaft, and is configured to mount a cylindrical printing plate attached thereon from a tip end side thereof. The plate cylinder is provided with a plate cylinder main body having a plate mounting surface to which the printing plate is attached. A flat portion is formed on a flat surface positioned further toward a radially inner side than the plate mounting surface. A plurality of hole portions is formed side by side in an axially separated state in the flat portion. A plurality of plate fixing members tightly fixes the printing plate to the plate mounting surface. • Patent number: 8757492
Abstract: Disclosed is a scanner device comprising: a scanner unit that scans a symbol and obtains image data; a judgment unit that judges whether or not a capture distance from the scanner unit to the symbol is a short distance; and a decoding unit that, in a case where the capture distance is judged to be the short distance, makes setting to perform at least one of increase of error permissivity for the image data with respect to threshold values for judging a size of the symbol, and reduction of the number of collation times for decoding results of the image data, in a case where the capture distance is judged to be a long distance, makes setting to perform at least one of lowering of the error permissivity, and increase of the number of collation times; and decodes the image data in response to the setting.

  • Patent number: 8746567
Abstract: Disclosed is a barcode reader, comprising: a scanner unit which scans a barcode by emitting laser beam and receiving reflection light thereof to obtain image data; a judgment unit which judges a portion of the image data corresponding to each end portion of a swing width of the laser beam as a data unstable range and judges a portion of the image data other than the data unstable range as a data stable range; and a decoding unit which sets a tolerance of error of the image data low against a threshold in the data unstable range, the threshold being used to judge data width of black bars and white spaces of the barcode, to decode the data unstable range, and sets the tolerance of error of the image data high against the threshold in the data stable range to decode the data stable range.

  • Publication number: 20020121346
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of producing fatty acid esters of polyoxyalkylene glycerol ethers. The method comprises reacting an alkylene oxide or oxides directly with a mixture of a natural fat or oil, water and a catalyst. The method of the invention can avoid the complicatedness encountered in the prior art production processes and give polyoxyalkylene glycerol ether fatty acid esters excellent in surfactant performance.

  • Patent number: 5033534
Abstract: A method for continuous casting of steel comprises charging molten steel from a tundish into a mold through exit ports of an immersion nozzle, introducing a magnetic field vertically to a flow of the molten steel from the exit ports by the use of at least a pair of direct current magnets which are arranged on the outer side of copper plates on the wide side of the mold, the immersion nozzle being placed between the direct current magnets and polarities of magnetisms on the top side of the magnets being the same, and casting the molten steel at a predetermined casting rate. One magnetic pole of the direct current magnet is positioned at an upper end of copper plate on the wide side of the mold and the other magnetic pole being positioned at lower than the exit port of the immersion nozzle and on the outer side of copper plate on the wide side of the mold. The immersion nozzle has two exit ports, each of which has an angle of 15.degree. to 45.degree. downward.
