  • Publication number: 20120193803
Abstract: It is desired to enhance reliability of thermal coupling between a semiconductor chip and a radiating member. A driver assembly has a sheetlike wiring sheet on which lead wires are provided, a driver chip that is mounted over the wiring sheet and is electrically coupled to the lead wire, and a radiator plate in which a housing part for partially housing the driver chip is provided and that is thermally coupled to the driver chip, wherein the wiring sheet and the radiator plate are adhered to each other so as to sandwich the driver chip housed in the housing part between them, and a depth profile of the housing part is set so that the wiring sheet may approach toward the radiator plate side as the wiring sheet extends in such a direction that so as to separate from the driver chip.

  • Publication number: 20120043983
Abstract: An inspection device of a semiconductor integrated circuit includes a drive unit that moves a probe card back and forth and from side to side, a storage unit that stores arrangement of the semiconductor integrated circuit and a shape of the pads, and a control unit that controls the drive unit. The control unit controls the drive unit, performs an apex detection processing pressing the probe pin to the semiconductor integrated circuit, detecting positions of the probe pin where conduction is detected or not detected, and calculating coordinates of one apex of a inspection pad from detected positions, and calculates central coordinates of the inspection pad from information of the shape of the inspection pad based on the coordinates of the apex of the inspection pad. The drive unit presses the probe pin to the calculated central coordinates of the inspection pad to perform inspection.

  • Patent number: 7777713
Abstract: A display device is provided with a display panel, a data line driving circuitry, and a scan line driving circuitry. The display panel includes: a plurality of data lines extending in a column direction; a plurality of scan lines extending in a row direction; a plurality of pixels disposed at respective intersections of the plurality of data lines and the plurality of scan lines, and a dummy data line arranged in parallel to the plurality of data lines. The data line driving circuitry drives the plurality of data lines and the dummy data line. The scan line driving circuitry drives the plurality of scan lines. The data line driving circuitry feeds a dummy signal to the scan line driving circuitry through the dummy data line. The scan line driving circuitry drives the scan lines in response to the dummy signal.
