  • Publication number: 20240085821
Abstract: A developing roller comprising an electroconductive substrate and an electroconductive elastic layer constituted by a single layer on an outer periphery of the substrate. The elastic layer contains a diene-based rubber, has a thickness of 0.30 mm or more, and the elastic layer has a crown shape in which an outer diameter of a center portion in a longitudinal direction along an axis of the substrate is larger than an outer diameter of each of both end portions in the longitudinal direction. Elastic moduli E11, E12 and E13 in a first region of the elastic layer in cross-sections at positions P1, P2 and P3 of the elastic layer are each 500 MPa or more.

  • Publication number: 20130068735
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of forming a metal coating having a microstructure as well as a structural member having a metal coating formed by the method. In particular, the invention provides an advantageous method of forming a metal coating in which minute carbides are uniformly dispersed. The method of forming the metal coating of the present invention includes the steps of cladding a surface of the substrate with metal powder by a laser cladding method and forming the metal coating having a microstructure by applying a friction stir processing to the cladded region.

  • Publication number: 20120186160
Abstract: Provided are a method of modifying a cemented carbide and a cemented carbide modified by the method. Particularly provided is an advantageous method of modifying a cemented carbide layer formed by a thermal spraying method on a surface of a metal substrate. The method of modifying a cemented carbide includes applying a friction stir process to a cemented carbide, thereby allowing crystal grains in a binder phase included in the cemented carbide to become finer. It is possible to achieve modification effectively by applying the friction stir process particularly to a cemented carbide layer formed on a surface of a metal substrate by using the thermal spraying method.

  • Patent number: 6651174
Abstract: The present invention relates to a network system, the network system of the present invention comprises an authorized client terminal which is connected to a network, a server which is connected to the network, and a firewall which is interposed between the server and the network. The client terminal accesses the server by means of a publicly known protocol via a port having a publicly known port number in the firewall. In the case in which the accessing client terminal is authorized, the server downloads program for realizing effective dedicated protocols solely between the client terminal and itself to the client terminal via the port having the publicly known port number. Furthermore, the server access with the client terminal conducts data communication by executing the program and by means of the dedicated protocols, via the network and the port having the publicly known port number.
