  • Patent number: 9927031
Abstract: A sealing structure that allows for formation of a side lip, as well as a labyrinth structure between an oil seal and a torsional vibration damper, even when a reinforcing ring has a short inward flange part. The sealing body 120 includes a side lip 124 extending from near a distal end of an inward flange part 112 of the reinforcing ring 110 radially inward and further toward an air side (A) than a dust lip 122 to a position not as far as the outer circumferential surface of a tubular part 210. The tubular part 210 includes a small-diameter part 211 on which the dust lip 122 slides, and a large-diameter part 212 on the air side (A). The large-diameter part 212 has a tapered surface 212a formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof that reduces in diameter toward the air side (A). An annular gap S is formed between this tapered surface 212a and an inner circumferential surface of the side lip 124.

  • Publication number: 20170268676
Abstract: A sealing structure with a torsional damper and an oil seal includes a damper pulley serving as a torsional damper and an oil seal. The damper pulley has an annular hub pocket that is recessed in the outer side direction and extends in the circumferential direction along a boss part of a hub. The oil seal includes a side lip that extends toward the outer side. An outer circumferential surface of the hub pocket increases in a diameter toward the outer side, the side lip of the oil seal does not enter inside the hub pocket, and an annular gap is formed between an outer side end of the side lip and an inner side end of the outer circumferential surface of the hub pocket.

  • Patent number: 4940938
Abstract: Primary and secondary coils are wound on a differential type magnetic head, and a low frequency signal is applied on the primary coil. Based on the difference between the output voltages from the head when an object of detection is placed near the magnetic head on the detection side and the output voltage therefrom when an object is not placed near the magnetic head, the magnetization characteristic curve of the magnetic flux and the magnetic field is calculated. Since the magnetization characteristic detection is determined by dividing a magnetic flux by the measured area cross section, once the magnetic flux is determined, a general B-H curve can be simply calculated. The magnetization characteristic measurement device includes a differential type magnetic head portion having plural differential type magnetic heads in linear arrangement which is positioned on or near the magnetic thin film of a detection object.

  • Patent number: 4901016
Abstract: A magnetization characteristic measurement device includes a differential magnetic head, a signal generator for exciting the differential magnetic head with a low frequency signal, a magnetic head moving device for moving the differential magnetic head to a predetermined measuring position, a measured data converting device for sampling the differential output voltages from the magnetic head when it is positioned at the predetermined position and for converting the sampled values into digital values, and a measured data analyzing device for sequentially storing the obtained digital values and for calculating the magnetizing characteristics. The structure allows for simple and easy measurement of magnetization characteristics of magnetic thin films attached to a magnetic printing, magnetic tape, etc. by simply setting the magnetic thin film at a position. The result of the measurement is displayed on a display screen or indicated using a buzzing sound to thereby reduce inspection steps.

  • Patent number: 4724424
Abstract: A 1-bit microcomputer driven by a clock signal has first and second output ports. The signals from these output ports control first and second transistors whose output signals are supplied to step-up transformers. The output signals from these transformers drive the sounding devices constructed of piezoelectric elements to produce a chord sound. The memory of the microcomputer stores a program by which first and second square-wave pulse-train signals formed of a combination of a plurality of square wave pulses and in which each unit pulse train has a mutually different basic frequency are output from the first and second output ports.

  • Patent number: 4700177
Abstract: A sound generating apparatus using piezoelectric elements includes first and second sounding plates arrayed in parallel with each other. The first and second sounding plates respectively include first and second diaphragms, and first and second thin plate-like piezoelectric elements laminated onto the first and second diaphragms. The first and second sounding plates are coupled together at the outer peripheral portions by a ring, thereby forming a hermetically sealed internal air chamber. The first and second sounding plates coupled together by the ring, and containing the internal air chamber cooperate to form a sounding member. The sounding member is supported by means of four resilient supporting members made of, for example, rubber, in a housing. In the housing, a front air layer and a rear air layer are formed on both sides of the sounding member, respectively. The front and rear air layers communicate with each other through a ringlike sound path.
