  • Publication number: 20190207463
Abstract: A winding-start receiving groove in which a winding-start lead wire of a field coil is received is formed in an inner surface of a flange of an insulation bobbin. A holder is disposed on the flange and located on a radially outer side of the winding-start receiving groove. The holder is formed with a holder groove located on an extension line of the winding-start receiving groove and extending at an angle relative to a radial direction of the insulation bobbin. The winding-start lead wire of the field coil is received in the winding-start receiving groove and the holder groove and held by the holder. This makes it possible to obtain a rotor of a rotary electrical machine with a simplified configuration at low cost not only to improve winding workability but also to enhance electrical reliability and durability.

  • Publication number: 20190143146
Abstract: A template matching is performed on two fluoroscopic images by using a template image prepared in advance and a position corresponding to a high matching score is listed as a candidate for the position of a marker 29. From two lists of the candidates of the position of the marker 29, the lengths of common vertical lines for all combinations are calculated. Then, the position of the marker 29 is detected based on the matching score and the common vertical line. Then, based on the detected position of the marker 29, an amount of a proton beam to be irradiated to a target is controlled. Therefore, a tracking target can be accurately detected even when the conditions for X-ray fluoroscopy is severe, e.g., a thick object.

  • Publication number: 20180258530
Abstract: The present invention makes it easy to control the amount of material gas led out of a tank. Accordingly, carrier gas is introduced into a tank containing a material and together with the carrier gas, from the tank, material gas produced by vaporization of the material is led out. A control part controls the flow rate of the carrier gas so that a concentration index value obtained by measuring mixed gas led out of the tank and indicating the concentration of the material gas in the mixed gas comes close to a predetermined target concentration index value. In addition, the control part controls the flow rate of the carrier gas to change at a predetermined change rate, and then controls the flow rate of the carrier gas on the basis of the deviation between the concentration index value and the target concentration index value.

  • Patent number: 10012167
Abstract: An ECU loads detected values of a rotation angle sensor and a pressure sensor which are mounted to an electric throttle, and executes an abnormal-sensor determination control to determine whether one of the rotation angle sensor and the pressure sensor is abnormal. Specifically, the ECU determines that one of the rotation angle sensor and the pressure sensor is abnormal, in a case where a state that a tendency of the actual opening angle detected by the rotation angle sensor does not match a tendency of the pressure detected by the downstream pressure sensor has continued for a period greater than or equal to a predetermined period. Therefore, since the pressure sensor can replace the rotation angle sensor used for detecting abnormality in a conventional technology, two rotation angle sensors can be reduced to one rotation angle sensor, and a cost is reduced.

  • Patent number: 9378863
Abstract: An insulating varnish forms an insulating coating film having a shape that corresponds to the shape of an opening of a die, having a uniform thickness. The insulating varnish is applied onto a surface of a conductor, subsequently passes through a die to remove the excess applied insulating varnish, and is then dried or baked to form an insulating coating film on the surface of the conductor. The insulating varnish has a viscosity of 10 Pa·s or more measured by a B-type viscometer at 30° C. The insulating varnish preferably contains no filler, and is preferably a polyimide precursor solution. Since the insulating varnish has a high viscosity, baking and solidification can be performed while maintaining a shape formed when the insulating varnish passes through a die.
