  • Patent number: 10054915
Abstract: The obtainment unit obtains information indicative of a content of manual-operation performed by a user regarding control of an intended apparatus from a group of loads, and stores it as manual-operation information including an obtaining time. The identification unit identifies a type of control of the manual-operation information. The determination unit counts the number of times of obtaining the manual-operation information within a counting period equal to two days or more, for each type and for each time period, and determines whether the number of times of obtaining the same type of manual-operation information within the same time period is equal to a predetermined threshold or more. When the number of times of obtaining the same type of manual-operation information within the same time period is determined to be equal to the predetermined threshold or more, the schedule change unit changes a control schedule based on this manual-operation information.

  • Patent number: 9804655
Abstract: Apparatus control system includes control device controlling operation of apparatuses and portable mobile terminal communicable with the control device. In the control device, control unit controls each apparatus in accordance with control schedule stored in device-side storage unit and control request from the mobile terminal. In the mobile terminal, date and time setting unit sets arbitrary date and time as set date and time. Terminal-side storage unit stores terminal-side schedule in which control contents are associated with control dates and times for each apparatus. Simulation unit simulates operating state of each apparatus assuming that the apparatus is operating at the set date and time set by the date and time setting unit, using the terminal-side schedule. Apparatus state reflection unit outputs control request to the control device to cause the control device to control each apparatus such that the apparatus is in the operating state simulated by the simulation unit.

  • Patent number: 9131286
Abstract: An information analysis unit of a management apparatus searches for a device existing within a predetermined distance from a portable terminal, namely a device positioned near the portable terminal, based on terminal position information received from the portable terminal by a radio communication unit and device position information stored in an information storage unit. The information analysis unit reads, from the information storage unit, energy usage information of the searched device existing near the portable terminal, and transmits it from the radio communication unit to an information acquisition unit of the portable terminal. Thus, the information acquisition unit acquires only the energy usage information of the device positioned near the portable terminal, so that a display unit displays only the energy usage information of the device positioned near the portable terminal.

  • Publication number: 20140222169
Abstract: Apparatus administration system includes control device that controls operation of apparatuses and display device communicable with the control device. In the control device, control unit controls each apparatus in accordance with operation schedule stored in schedule storage unit. Operation history storage unit stores operation history in which past operation states are associated with operated dates and times. In the display device, information acquisition unit acquires the operation schedule and the operation history from the control device. Date and time setting unit specifies past date and time to set as set date and time. Estimation unit estimates operation state at the set date and time through the operation schedule. Extraction unit extracts actual operation state at the set date and time from the operation history. Display unit displays the operation state under schedule control and the actual operation state adjacently.

  • Publication number: 20130253726
Abstract: The apparatus management system includes a plurality of environmental control apparatuses, a power supply regulation device and a mobile terminal. Each of the environmental control apparatuses is assigned first identification information for physically distinguishing and logical second identification information. The power supply regulation device regulates the respective power supply to the environmental control apparatuses according to apparatus operation information. The mobile terminal includes a terminal-side storage section for storing a conversion table indicative of the correspondence between the first identification information and the second identification; and a conversion section for extracting, from the conversion table, the second identification information corresponding to the inputted first identification information.
