The conductor tube is axially short-circuited and subjected to induction heating by a magnetic flux generation mechanism disposed on one or both of inner and outer sides of the conductor tube. The winding start point and end point of the intermediate coil are connected to the V and W phases of the three-phase AC power supply, respectively.
